  • 12.30 pm Pilates 60 min

Tuesdays:

  • 09.00 am Pilates 60 min

  • 10.15 am Hot Vinyasa 75 min

Wednesdays:

  • 10 am Vinyasa 75 min

  • 11.30 am Hot Yoga Calm 60 min

Thursdays:

  • 10.15 am Vinyasa 75 min

Handstand Workshop

This workshop is a great way to learn the tools to master the handstand. There are many variables that are important and the most common ones we look at are building up the strength and flexibility that is needed.
