The massage is typically performed on a mat on the floor, with the recipient wearing comfortable clothing that allows for movement. A Thai massage is a unique form of bodywork that combines elements of yoga, acupressure, and massage. Here we use our hands, feet, and elbows to apply pressure to specific points on the body, stretching and manipulating the muscles and joints to release tension and improve circulation.

This is a great way to open up the body and restore balance. The sessions are 55 min and packages can also be combined with private yoga sessions.

Yoga Thai Massage

A yoga massage class is a unique and transformative experience that combines the therapeutic benefits of yoga and massage. The class is similar to an intense yin practice where poses are kept for about 3-5 minutes, while incorporating massage techniques to release tension and promote relaxation

The client is encouraged to wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement.

The sessions are 55 min and packages can also be combined with private yoga sessions.
