1:1 Personal Training

I work with private yoga sessions at SATS Yoga at Aker brygge. There we have a few private rooms that are perfect to do uninterrupted personal training with all the necessary tools and equipment. A private session is a practice that is tailored to the client’s specific needs and this can be everything from learning the basics of yoga postures to learning how to do arm balance or more subtle practices like meditation and mindfulness.
