Handstand PT Small Group

This training course consists of 10 group sessions. It is designed to work the whole body and will optimize the flexibility and strength needed for a handstand.

Handstand is a skillset. And, like every skill, it demands repetition and determination to be good at it. Patience is key here. We will work on the most typical components like; fear, arching lower back, tight shoulders, and weak wrists.

This course has limited sports and participants that want to join need to fill in an interest form.
