The Arm Balance Class

Vinyasa Arm Balance Class

This class is designed to challenge your balance, strength, and focus as we explore various arm balances.

We'll start with a gentle warm-up to prepare the body, followed by a series of poses that will help build core strength, increase shoulder stability, and develop wrist mobility. We'll also practice drills that will help you build the necessary strength and awareness to successfully transition into and hold arm balances.

Don't worry if you're new to arm balances – I will provide plenty of guidance and support as you explore these poses and challenge yourself in new ways.

Throughout the class, there will be modifications and variations so that everyone can find a variation of each pose that works best for their body. We'll also focus on alignment and breath to help you deepen your practice and find more ease in these challenging poses.
