In addition, there will be technique workshops, strength and mobility sessions, and restorative classes at the end of the day, focusing on recovery and meditation. We emphasize adapting the exercises to individual levels, ensuring everyone can get the most out of the experience. The retreat also gives you time to relax, enjoy beautiful nature, and disconnect.

About the hotel
